Yes I believe you should have chemotherapy after the surgery.
Just to make sure there isn't anything dot of cancer hidden were not even the pet scan can find. I had a lobectomy in 2020. I was cancer but they didn't think I needed and chemo or radiotherapy. And I was doing great for 14 months, then with had a backache that wouldn't go away. My Oncologist sent me for a biopsy and discovered the tumor was back but this tim it had mutated to the other lung. He said it's hard to tell if there is are any dot's of cancer hidden behind muscle tissue. So I'm now stage 4 Cancer and taking chemo tablets daily for two and a half years..
