Salivary Duct Carcinoma Metastasized to Lung

I was diagnosed in 2018 with salivary duct carcinoma.

I had a 10-hour surgery in December, 2018. In 2019 had radiation and chemo and it looked like everything was ok.

Metastasis

On my last CT scan in July the lymph nodes on the right side of my neck were enlarged. Then another pet scan. The surgery on my neck was canceled.

Now it has metastasized to my right lung. Going to start chemo soon. Carboplatin and Paclitaxel.
