How have you managed treatment side effects?

What steps do you take when you notice a new side effect and what has helped with any specific ones you may have experienced?

  1. I wear a hat to keep my head warm so I don't get a headache from cold weather and cold A/C. The same with my scar on my back to keep it from getting cold the same as my head. I wear a no sleeves warm vest during warm to hot weather. I no longer eat cooked tomato products it leaves nasty taste in my mouth. I have no problem eating raw tomatoes. These are my side affects from chemo. This is what I do every day.

    1. , I wonder if there is something in the canning process that creates compounds that your body reacts to? Do you find the vest and hat keep you comfortable? _ Warmly, Donna (Team Member)
