We are profoundly heartbroken to share with the community that Health Leader Ivy Elkins passed away on June 23, 2024, at the age of 57. Ivy was diagnosed with lung cancer in 2013 and joined the LungCancer.net community in 2018.

Ivy's passing has left a significant void in our community that cannot be filled. Ivy dedicated herself to various foundations, actively participating in patient advocacy, raising awareness, and offering support to those with lung cancer. The LungCancer.net community greatly appreciates and admires her unwavering dedication to advocacy and the support she offered our community members.
