With the new treatment options approved and on shelves...do you see these commercials as helpful in dissecting exactly what the medication is supposed to do? Do you find them hopeful or confusing?

I find they are geared more towards Non Small cell, very little to Small cell.

It seems that the commercials are of the most expensive meds that are out there. They all seem to want you to pressure your doctor into prescribing them.
Much like the call to get these new medicare benefits when it's not open enrollment time. Anybody have the benefit that adds back money to your check? I find them annoying as hell. Maybe meds would be affordable if they didn't spend millions $ advertising something you can't buy for yourself!

Well, it's a mix of something alright.
I have bought drugs for my copd that cost $450 here and in the Philippines the same drug is $50.
Legalized robbery supported by the US government is a big part of that mix.
Cheers
