Tips for Challenging Times

When you find yourself going through a challenging time, whether it be while undergoing treatment, or just managing day to day life with lung cancer, what are some things that help you get through the day (e.g., mindfulness meditations, physical therapy, hobbies)?

  1. I look for something positive to read or watch on TV. I rely on my Faith to get me through. I talk to my partner. I go for a walk, or take an epsom salts bath.
