Staying Active

Do you feel staying active helps you with meeting your respiratory goals? Sometimes people feel they can't make a difference in meeting their health goals with lung cancer, but staying active is a wonderful key in meeting lung capacity. What are some of your go-to in staying active?

  1. I love to walk and I loved strength training but had to stop lifting weights due to certain injuries. Another great and fun way to exercise is to put on good music and dance around your home! 😀 Alisa
