Remembering Chris Sabia
We are deeply saddened by the passing of LungCancer.net contributor and dedicated lung cancer advocate Chris Sabia on Friday, July 14. Chris was a loving husband and father in addition to being a passionate advocate and overall warm, generous, and positive person. He will be missed. The first time I spoke with Chris about joining the team at LungCancer.net, he gave us an enthusiastic yes. It was immediately apparent how much he cared about spreading awareness and helping the lung cancer community. We are so incredibly grateful that he shared his story and advocacy with the community. When he spoke of his wife and son, (even over the phone) you could tell from his voice there was a smile on his face. Our deepest condolences are with Emma and CJ.
Chris, you will be deeply missed by the LungCancer.net team and the entire community.
