I get involved in projects which I enjoy to keep my mind focused on other things than on the impending scan. Additionally, I prioritize meditation, even if it was just 10 mins. daily. Schedule the follow-up visit with my doctor on the same day after the scan.

    1. I swear by meditation, and 10 minutes can mean the world when trying to calm down and regroup! Keep at what is working positively for you- wishing you the very best!
