Can radiation of neck and upper chest cause or speed up atherosclerosis?

Thank you Alisa. The pubmed art. seem to show a correlation but was only in mice. It would be nice if someone picked this up as a human project. I do now have athro. even though my coles. is normal. I appreciate your specific search for me.
