Lung Cancer in America infographic

Did you guys see this? What do you think? How does it compare to your experience? It made me kind of sad that only 63% of respondents said they have caregivers actively engaged in their care. Did you have support when you were in treatment? Did you think it was important?

I was a caregiver for my mother right after her surgery and while she was in chemo. I hope that it made a difference for her, but I know that it did for me. I felt so blessed to be able to offer tangible support to show her how much I love her. Being a caregiver is hard, but it is also a gift, I think. I guess being cared for is a gift, but it is probably also hard sometimes. What do you think?
