Spared by God

It was in Sept 2015 when I heard a gurgling, a bubbling if you will, when I exhaled. A voice in my head told me to get it checked, it was not normal.

I went to the Walk in Clinic. The doctor heard the bubbles and ordered an X-ray. He sent me home to wait for radiology results. This was Friday.

That evening he called my and said he saw something so he ordered a Cat Scan.
A subsequent biopsy proved lung cancer, stage one. They scheduled surgery for the Monday after Thanksgiving.

The surgery went well, and now I get short of breath easily but I am alive with a 76% chance of no reoccurring tumor.

God is great. By the way, the cause of the bubbling was never discovered. It ceased after the X-Ray.

Indeed, God is great.
