RET-Positive Lung Cancer - What Comes Next?

I was diagnosed on Sept 11, 2020 with stage 4 lung cancer and I have never smoked a day in my life. No one on either side of my family has had any form of cancer. So, to say that I was totally floored by this diagnosis is an understatement.

What comes next?

I have the RET marker so am on Retevmo. It has been a roller coaster. Liver count went to 722 after being on it only 4 weeks. Had to get off it for 5 wks for the liver to heal.

Slowly have been upping the dosage and this time around am having overwhelming fatigue, so we have lower the dose again. I have read that people are only on this about a year. Then what is next?
