I was lucky I quit smoking over 10 years ago. I was not going to the doctor. I felt fine. One day my boyfriend says go to his primary doctor - she’s good.

Diagnosis and treatment

I went she asked how long I smoked before I quit it was about 39 years. I started smoking when I was 14 or 15. She ordered a CT scan. Early detection. Wedge resection on right lung 2 lobes removed on left lung. 4 courses of chemo. 2nd one tomorrow.
