13 years survivor of Stage 3 Endometrial Cancer. Just got diagnosed with Stage 3 T4 lung cancer in left upper lobe. The tumor is large and impinging on aortic artery, rendering it INOPERABLE.

What would you do?

1. Go through radiation/cisplatin/taxol to maybe shrink the tumor to be operable, or

2. Have the entire lung removed (a small nodule in the lower lobe sparkled in PET)
