Trying not to think about upcoming PET Scan
Last year I was diagnosed with Small Cell Lung Cancer. I got through needed treatment and was put on the Limited Stage - with getting Cat and MRI scans I was maintaining that Limited Stage until a MRI of the brain showed a small area on my brain. They used Cyber Knife technique on me and now I have to go through everything again including something special. I want to stay alive!!

Look at you go girl! I had the same SCLC and it’s been about 11 years now! I had to go through brain radiation to as they used to do it back then prophylactic. That was after all the chemo and radiation. Was told sclc likes to go to brain. I flew to Houston to MD Anderson and was told a lot of people don’t get that far so if this is where you are now you have a very good chance of being okay! Best advice I can give is pray a lot and think positive. I tried to keep all those negative thoughts out. Keep those positive thoughts!
