Need help to stop smoking

Just learned I have stage 4 .going to start chemo. You would think that me having cancer would be enough to quit smoking. I'm really trying! Do

  1. I can imagine how difficult it can be. My mom was an on-and-off smoker. She did stop when diagnosed, but I know it's always been a struggle throughout her life to stop permanently, especially when stressed. It sounds like you're making a good effort by trying...so that's a start!
I've attached some possible tips to consider as you figure this all out. Wishing you the very best! Let us know how you fare in quitting.

    1. Thank you so much for the information. I most definitely read articles. Leigh Ann

      1. Happy to hear the various articles have been helpful. Perhaps, when you meet your doctor ask them for further direction; as there may be some local cessation programs to consider.
