Managing Your Mask and Breathing

I know a lot of people have different feelings when it comes to wearing a mask. What tips have you made to make this new accessory less taxing?

Tip- Breathing exercises with the mask and double the breath without the mask.

Tip- When outdoors (park) -remove the mask when it's safe to do, so as to take in fresh outdoor air.

Tip-Breathe through your nose rather than your mouth.
