First scan results
I have Stage 1V adenocarcinoma and went straight into clinical trial. Sterotactic radiation, followed by 2 immunotherapies (Opvido and Yervoy) every 2 weeks. First scan done at 3 month mark. I feel I had mixed results. Largest tumor shrunk but lymph nodes larger. I was told they believe this is an inflammatory response not progression, but only time will tell. Pet scan in 3 months. Praying for a good response!

Doesn’t respond well to immunotherapy So started old standby Chemo. Alimta and Carboplatin. Hope I can tolerate it well. I hate CHANGE and I hate stubborn CANCER!!!!!
I am so sorry to hear you had progression. I know everyone is different, but as you may know, many in our community are on that chemo cocktail and doing well. Wishing you much success and hope the treatment is tolerable. Thinking of you, Alisa
