Misty Roussa

Before joining Health Union in a full-time role, Misty was a community advocate for Cystic-Fibrosis.com, where she shared her life as a caregiver to her son with CF. She has been a writer for numerous online communities over the last 10 years. She is passionate about patient advocacy and helping to be a voice for those who need it.

Abby Schmidt

Abby holds a BA in strategic communication and has a diverse background in public relations, nonprofit marketing, and most recently health and fitness programming. She is passionate about creating a welcoming space for meaningful connection and community. In her spare time, Abby enjoys teaching yoga, exploring coffee shops, attending concerts around the city, and singing with her local a cappella group.
